The Immuno complaint policy is available to all customers, contractors, suppliers, employees and regulatory bodies upon request.

Complaints can be made:
By letter – either through mail, facsimile or e-mail, Verbally- either in person or by telephone or through comments and feedback on survey and customer feedback forms.
